Hello everybody, this is my first time here. new to all this. I have a super slim with HFW4.84 installed and HEN 2.1.1. I want to update HEN to 2.2.2. Do i have to download the pkg file from ps3-xploit and install it on my console as i do with all packages or is a different procedure?

Open window and throw it out. This is a cleanest way to remove a HEN.

Latest HEN version installs/overwrite about 102 files to flash or hdd. Not to mention that some files locations were changed during updates. There is not uninstaller for it ATM. So yeah, if you want a very clean install, just reinstall OFW or HFW, it will save you headaches or troubles.

Rebug toolbox is meant for REBUG CFW there is no point in installin it and think most of its function will not work even in other CFW Ferrox,Overflow...

Reinstall HFW as someone said.

Reinstall HFW will earse dev_flash so PS3HEN.BIN with it and new categor_game.xml will be there with no pkg mangager no app_home and no enable hen..

Just set this page as your homepage in ps3 browser xmbmods.co/i/

• it will download PS3 HEN.p3t then
• quit browser then go to Remote Play quit it by pressing circle scroll up to see new Install Icon
• click on Install wait until the Installer download then install then renter Remote Play and quit it by pressing circle you will see Enable HEN in game column

by going to xmbmods.co/i/ it will download the PS3 HEN.p3t to /dev_flash/vsh/resource/explore/xmb/ and then rename the PS3 HEN.p3t to category_network.xml so network column will be changed to is edit in that xml when you enter Remote Play and exit (like you refresh your ps3 or reboot) so when you enter remote play first time you see the changes in network column and when you enter remote play second time you see the changes in game column (Enable HEN) that is create by the Installer

• i was trying to update from Hybrid options in xmb menu where says HEN updater and i didn't manage to make it work as i was getting all the time an error. i'll give a try your tutorial. Thank you very much.

Thank you kind Devs, this version is much stable than the previous version. I had hang issues with my PS3, but this one does not. Working with webMAN MOD is so fluid on this. Although I experienced Black Screen on multiMAN, I can still say it keeps on getting better.
