I still can't run the last of us ! In HEN V3 screen freezes too !

EASY INSTRUCTIONS:
Coldboot:
Install STOCK THEME from HFW Tools>Themes>Stock_theme.pkg

HEN.PNG (HEN LOGO)
You can simply replace the logo found in 'dev_rewrite/vsh/resource/explore/icon/'
called hen_enable.png. Replace with any png you want!

Trouble is that my ps3 isnt connected to the internet so i wont be able to get that pkg unless i have the direct link on a PC

seems you have physical version but i downloaded it and every time crashing in black screen ruins my tlou experience ! it's gonna make me crazy ! i tried every thing ! iso or folder game tested in HEN 1 , 2.3 or 3 ! but nothing going right !

Where did you download it from? I don't see why you'd have any issues with the PSN digital version of the game.

Hello guys, I hope someone can help me. I have just upgraded to HFW 4.85 and HEN 3.0.0. Installation was smooth, I can easily Enable HEN without any issue. However, when I try to open any current app or game, my PS3 just hard shutdown. Even the red light is not on anymore, I have to press the power button for it to turn on and press again for it to power up again.

Does anyone have the same issue ? I hope anyone could point me to a direction to fix this...

I would recommend you Rebuilding the database and if that doesn't work reinstall HFW+HEN!

I have just tried to rebuild the database and then tried to install a PKG but when I open it, the system just hard shutdown as before. Don't know what should have caused this. Should I Restore PS3 System before reinstalling HFW and HEN ?

Restoring will make you lose stuff so better try reinstalling HFW first cuz that has fixed a similar issue like this.

Try the other option to "restore filesystem"
It needs to complete successfully in around 5 minutes, if it takes much more (or if the process returns an error), that was your problem... you had damage in the filesystem

Actually, i would use that option consecutivelly a couple of times justincase... is the only way to repair filesystem problems

thank you, it worked, coldboot is restored, i've seen on videos the rebug one does that one work on HEN and do you have the pkg by chance ?

do you know by chance any way to access those resources the ones from HFW tools and HEN toolbox on a computer ?

Get the latest hen PKG extract it, then go locate ps3hen_updater.xml in dev_rewrite/hen/xml/ after open it and try to find stock themes link and stuff like that... you can do same thing with HEN Toolbox, extract the PKG and then locate whatever you want and done

Also the REBUG theme is in the stock themes PKG, link can be found in the xml or I will give you the PKG morning.

I proceeded to Restore the PS3 system (data backed up) and reinstall HFW+HEN and it worked. Strange issue though. Thank for your helps.

It says fixed freezing on all models. so I'm going to format PS3 & try again. After this... I give up.

Hi guys, have anyone succeeded in smoothly installing and playing multi-discs PSX games with HEN ? Since it's not on the official guide how to do it, I assume I can just copy all bin&cue of each discs into the same game folder ? Will there be any error when switching discs ? I want to use multiman only, trying to keep my system as simple as possible. Thank you.
