1- Probably your other console does not have webMAN MOD installed.
2- Or webMAN MOD was already updated to 1.47.44

The problem is that the memory offsets of LV2 kernel changed in 4.90.
And the old version are using patches for older firmwares on HFW 4.90.

That's why it is very important to update the version BEFORE install HFW 4.90.1 + HEN.

The blank boot_plugins.txt prevents that the old webMAN MOD is loaded when HEN is enabled.

Once you update to the latest version of webMAN MOD, you can delete the blank boot_plugins.txt from USB or disconnect the pendrive.

Need to put a big red notice that WebMAN Mod needs to be uninstalled first to install this HEN gracefully. Blank boot_plugins.txt on USB saved me. Holding R2 didn't work.

Just an observation : my ps3 slim 4.90 doesnt connect to HTTPS://PS3XPLOIT.ME , but a solution to it is :
write HTTP://PS3XPLOIT.ME on the browser.
No "S".

So, my PS3 doesn't work neither wifi nor bluetooth, but I saw someone on youtube saying that if your ps3 wifi/bluetooth doesn't work you shouldn't try this tutorial because it could led to more problems, is it true?? I'm asking this because my PS3 only works LAN network.
I have another question, I stopped using my PS3 about 5 years ago (maybe? I can't remember at all), and it stopped at 4.82, can I upgrade it to 4.90 without facing any kind of problems?

a broken wifi or bluetooth will make the update fail but it will keep trying to install it everytime you boot. bootloop. there is an unsupported hen 3.0.0 for 4.82 that you can install without updating. search the forum for it, i have linked to it before somewhere.

how about I'll replace the internal HDD with a new one or SSD
can i directly install the HFW 4.90.1 ?

Yes, you can install HFW directly on any model, just like OFW.

have updated to 4.90 HFW and HEN 3.2.0,i can confirm a smooth install if webman is updated first,no freezing.
launched a couple of ISOs and installs,feels solid so far.

I can't seem to find any info on this, Since this release of PS3HEN I've noticed the console won't reboot when the exploit fails to initialize. Very nice feature, muchas gracias as they say in Spanish. that was the only erk I had with PS3HEN and now its basically perfect!
