i understand some people's want to have hen asap, but its not like the ps3 is completely useless without it, its still a perfectly capable console without it, id rather wait a bit more than get a unstable software than ends up breaking your storage and prompts you to do a full format because you had to do so many forced shutdowns due to it freezing so much

It's a little rude but more importantly it's particularly annoying.
Who cares about rumours when you're talking with a member of the official team...????

esc0 does what he can, as I write this, he is spending yet another night, after work, testing the release you are all waiting for.
So you should all stop whining and be patient, it will be ready when it's ready, not before.

Any more posts asking for ETA or complaining about the wait will get deleted automatically..

I saw this more as him asking for confirmation. But then again I can see it being annoying and rude since y'all have been saying it will be out when it's out and put alot of hard work into this . Some people read stuff and get there own hopes up, don't understand things, ect. I'm sorry if I upset you all but there's alot of factors. I knew I shouldn't have said anything but I guess I just want us all to be nice to each other.
 
an annual update that lasts for a whole year and people can't wait like 2 weeks to make sure everything's working fine :miserable: imagine the fuss if sony launched a patch every month... even asking for the exact time, come on!!!
 
So first off sorry I asked was not being rude just asking if it was sure today? Secondly I appreciate everything you guys do for everyone using your software never meant to be rude if that's how you took it. But there has been like 4 updates over last week and half of when it's being released like for example end of week and soon the 48 hours or so, so that is why I asked but I won't ask again when it gets released it gets released.

They cant be sure with the exact time frame.. Since it is almost done we can expect that after few days.. For now lets just wait for them to finish the testing and release a better version that has no issue that we can use.. And keep checking here so you will know the update for it

its not that hes being demanding its because theres been multiple "release times" which have been false, imo just dont give a release date and stuff like this cant happen

when it gets delayed like 3 times its false, like i said just dont give a release date and there wouldnt be this problem, or make a release date that you know it will be done for so people arent asking every two minutes
