PS3ISO file is empty on multiman despite having games on drive

I've been searching for a guide but I don't know what to search. I can't find my game folders anywhere on multiman and I need access to them because assassin's Creed apparently needs a special file created to work properly.

My other games (GOW III, Resistance, etc) work fine. I can access them and play through my external hard drive but I just need help with getting to the iso files.
