Has anyone gotten this to work with miniweb?

This MiniWeb? Yes, it does seem to serve the P3T file as "application/octet-stream", so yes it should work.

miniweb is reported to have issues. Try XAMP

Fenix is a good alternative too. Very easy and lightweight.

hi could i get a little help please ,trying to in put ip address for flashwriter on ps3 browser using xammp but all i get is an error code on ps3 web page /page cannot be displayed (80710092) have reset network cleared everything from ps 3 browser,but still get this error.thankyou

Just to clarify, how would I move from 4.89 HEN to this? (I am on a CECH2001 Slim). Do I uninstall HEN, install 4.90 HFW and then proceed?

Are you connected to the same network as your computer/phone? Do you have any firewall/antivirus software installed and enabled on that device?

yes connected to same network turned off firewall only thing enabled is windows defender.thanks for reply

Hey, I'm having a really strange issue where the .bin is not saving to my USB stick. I've selected slot 000 and the USB is in the right slot closest to the disk drive. I select NOR at the beginning too. The P3T file overwrites and when I try to dump the NOR flash memory, the .bin does not appear in my USB stick. I formatted with rufus following all the steps of MrMario2011's newest guide.
I'm on a 25XX 0C slim model.

Can you reach to the web server via another device?. For example, using your phone's browser?.

hi get page not found when click on writer on ps3 and i can t start apache server with xampp because i get this error:
