Reminds me of how my local library has an IP address in the 195.154 range which looks similar to ONLINE SAS/PONEY TELECOM, who host a shitton of spam websites. I imagine some webadmins' eyebrows became raised at that range being mentioned, the same way they would a ColoCrossing one.Was there any reason given for the listing? They do mention hosting companies that allow shady websites are one of the reasons. If that is the case, however, how does this happen?:

I can't imagine their reasoning for blocking a DNS server which returns 4 byte numbers for predefined domains. We are literally at a point where some IP addresses are not allowed to participate on the Internet just for "looking too ugly". Not to mention that the company making these decisions is not responsible for "running the Internet" in any way. They are just a private company.
It's stupid that I've memorised a bunch of IP ranges from server racks tbh mostly from ones that magically find sites 2 days after they appear in Bing (because Bing has no anti-automation features). Unfortunately blocking Bing also blocks every other non-Google search engine because of course.
Also 'just a private company', don't be naive... whole Internet is controlled by ICANN, Google, CloudFlare, your ISP and government, web hosts, registrars, DNS hosts, et al. - don't get me started on HTTPS (anyone remember the COMODO controversy? Also funny how HTTPS enforcement happened as soon as Windows 10 came out!) and the sudden boom of JavaShite since then too
Discord and Tumblr (later Twitter became cool and exposed SJW culture to normies) is also a killer of the Internet, it merged all the separated, unique nerd circles and made them profitable from and marketable to the Average Joe, no wonder we are seeing a rise in unironic communists and insanity on the left wing (which encourages the popularity of extremist right wing politics too).
Back on topic though, would there at all be a possibility to say, set up something on a dynamic DNS service subdomain, like the one on freedns.afraid.org, as a last resort fallback if this domain gets seized/screwed with again? Also are email records totally necessary even? I'm guessing those links are forum spam links, rather than sites sending spam mail. Spam blocklists are dumb anyway given how they love to reject mail from self-hosted servers because "haha ur not a webhost gtfo"
