Update 1.1 changelog:

• Preexisting EDAT files obtained from the PS3 Backup Utility will now be re-injected automatically
• Fixed an extraction bug that causes files to become corrupt ("deleted" files within the backup will not be extracted to save time and space)
• Added a check to prevent injection of EDAT files that already exist within the backup
• Fixed some issues that could cause the tool to crash

Hey , 3-4 months a go i had injected fifa 19 by ps3 export tool and was working fine..but i deleted that version(ps3export tool) and now after couple of months i downloaded the latest ps3export tool v1.1 and after injecting the game ps3 menu showing corrupted data instead of game name.. I have also checked my steps from backing up to injecting the game and there is no problem in that..so any help?

If you said so,try to downlaod that version to inject , see if it does work or not , also try a clean back up not one you used before and delete that currupted

Need more info than that. More than likely you made a mistake somewhere since the injection process hasn't changed at all, the 1.1 update was mostly for small bug fixes.

How did you obtain the game? How did you convert the game? Describe the steps you took to inject the files. Upload the PARAM.SFO file here since the corrupted data error indicates an issue with that file.

You can inject multiple games in a single backup. If you want to keep that game, you can either re-inject it, or create a new backup from the PS3 with the game installed on the HDD. I recommend the former.

There is also another way.Just inject multiple games at the same backup and after restoring you will see all your games.

Restore on that PS3.

Take that same [CLEAN] backup again and add Far Cry to it.

Restore on that PS3.

Now you have Crysis And Far Cry on the PS3? or will you just have Far Cry?

I doubt whether the ps3 Will format itself while restoring.

If this method works it would be handy as not most of us have a spare ext HDD lying around plus it would save a shit load of time for backing up all that stuff.

Nope , it will format your ps3 everytime you restore it. You might wanna grab a ext hdd instead.
