PS VITA / PsTV PS4 Controller Not Connecting

I installed the ps4 controller plugin through Auto Plugin 2 and I have Bluetooth connected on my Vita. Then on my PS4 controller, I held the share and PS button until it blinks white while I am on the Bluetooth settings section of my Vita. Even after doing everything correctly, my Vita still won't recognize the controller. As some extra info, I tried 3 different ps4 controllers, and I have a 1000 model vita at firmware 3.60.
