Hi, i was playing while lighting storm strikes and ps4 just died, i took it to some repairers they said the same thing that ps4 died and will never alive again, so i need saved data for games when i connect it to pc it's need to format it because it's encrypted, is there anyway to get my saves files form it ?

I love how the "technician" said it would never be alive again.

I would try swapping power supplies before anything else or test it on a bench power supply.

I understand that most people probably don't want to or have the experience disassembling them, but a PC repair shop should be able to assist I would think.

Other than that, you are relying on dumping your NOR, which I am not too familiar with what prerequisites are needed for that on PS4.

I always try to fix the hardware problem first before trying more drastic measures.

With all that said, doesn't Sony have a copy of your saves attached to that PSN account?

For getting at least EAP Key, You need working console. But this will not help You anyway because this getting You access to encrypted user partitions section of disk but saves are inside encrypted containers by PFS Key, you could copy them but they will not work on another console (so best practice is backuping saves to PC in decrypted form, i.e by Apollo or in encrypted by static keys form in official way, yet tied to Yours NPAID) and You will not decrypt them on PC without that key, which last could be read on 6.72.

So in summary You need fix Your PS4 or say good bye to saves.

And what do You think? How recovery apps not only knows how to recover PFS containers without their signature but also how identify them on encrypted drive? :P What You have wrote is most unwise thing which You can do...

I already told You everything in post no.3. There is NO OTHER WAY! You must fix Your console and keep HDD data untouched.

In addition, You can read this whole thread: https://www.psx-place.com/threads/how-can-data-be-recovered-from-a-formatted-ps4-drive.40941/
