PS4 PS4 FAT bricked ?

Hello there,
I'm new here and i am kind of new in hacks,

I just bought a 9.00 ps4, and jailbroke it, and installed some games on it.
I got few errors for some reason (all pkg who has dev_flag value =/= 4 has install errors),

But today i tried to install again a non-working pkg on my hdd via PS4 explorer:
I navigated to my usb hdd and installed the non-working pkg, and then, suddently shutdown of the console.
When i press the button it does't makes the bip,
I plugged off the cable, waited and but back in then pressed the power button, then there was blue light, and few seconds after, suddently shutdown :c
Sometimes it's shutting down right after blue light appears, but sometimes the internal hdd seems to start spinning then shutdown.
I tried to put in recovery mode, the menu shows off,
I tried to Rebuild database, but powers off,
i tried to restore default settings too, but powers off
What i got left is Update system software, initialise ps4 or initialise (reinstall system software).
I'm afraid i'm doing a mistake by doing any of these options, can anyone help me about this choice ?
If i'm initialise ps4, it's keeps 9.00 software ?

I hope it's not permanently bricked :c

I'm sorry for my bad english, i hope it's understandable and don't breaks rules of the forum !

Thanks by advance :)

UPDATE: I putted off my internal HDD, and formatted it.
I tried to install with my usb flash drive the 9.00 update, but it comes with the CE 34788-0 error, "update file cannot be used".
Anyone faced the same issue ?

Hello friend, you can reinstall the 9.00 firmware in the console. Just need to install the recovery firmware not the original firmware...
you can download the firmware from here: darksoftware.xyz/PS4/FWlist . just verify if the hash is correct or not

Initializing is basically the same thing as formatting the drive, but I think it's like the ps3 where it doesn't 0 out the data, it just writes over it. Removing the drive and formatting on a pc is more thorough, but the junk data from Initializing won't harm anything. Though, I always format using a sata station. If the drive caused that problem, it's possible it's failing. Check it with S.M.A.R.T. Though rare, a kp on a jb ps4 has been known to cause hdd corruption. However, like I said, it's very rare. The same can happen on the ps5.
