PS4 PS4 won't shut down completely (pulsing white LED)

Hi there,
I'm on FW 9.00 on my PS4 Slim and using GoldHEN 2.3 after JB.
When I want to turn the power off the console won't shut down completely.
Screen goes black and there is no signal on the TV anymore but I have a pulsing white LED on the PS4 and the plugged in USB Drives (one for extended storage one for external storage) are still on (LED on the HDD).

I have to disconnect the PS4 from the power grid but after restart I get a message that the console wasn't turned off properly.

Any ideas?

Je possède une PS4 Pro sous FirmWare 9.00 et GoldHEN v2.4b18.3, le hack est fait via une clé USB et une connexion temporaire au site de KME (kmeps4.site). Je n'ai eu que très rarement ce mauvais arrêt de ma console. Je vous conseille de faire le hack via le GoldHEN en version "2.4b18.3" car il est plus efficace, des erreurs ont été corrigées.
Je me sers de deux types de DD interne, un SSD de 250Go très rapide et fiable, un autre DD de 1To (celui d'origine). tous deux sur leur propre rack d'extraction.
Je suis Européen, tout comme vous.

I've only very rarely experienced this unexpected shutdown of my console. I recommend performing the hack using GoldHEN version "2.4b18.3" as it's more effective; some bugs have been fixed.
I use two types of internal hard drives: a very fast and reliable 250GB SSD, and another 1TB hard drive (the original one). Both are in their own drive bays.

thanx for your answer.
Meanwhile, I've heard about ceratin bugs within GoldHEN. When I unplug my external storage before powering off the PS4 will shutting down completely.
I am working with App2USB and some GoldHEN-versions are having problems with this feature (e.g. running games moved to the external HDD). Maybe I will try and upgrade my HEN-version.

Je n'utilise pas de DD externe, seulement des adaptateurs USB vers SDcard [512Go] de marque SAMSUNG et aussi des clés USB3 de 256Go Samsung aussi.
Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce souci avec mes clés externes qui sont en "Stockage Etendu", je suis désolé de ne pouvoir plus t'aider. Tu connais mon installation, je n'ai rien d'autre. Tu devrais peut-être réinstaller ton firmware !

I don't use external hard drives, only Samsung USB to SD card adapters (512GB) and also Samsung 256GB USB 3.0 flash drives.
I've never encountered this problem with my external drives, which are in "Extended Storage" mode. I'm sorry I can't help you any further. You know my setup; I don't have anything else. You might want to reinstall your firmware!
