Ps4 start, blue light blinking, but strange is that fan start, working about 7-7,5 sec, and then fan turn off for about 2 sec
then all this again...
7 sec working fan, 2 sec stop in the loop.
i try new power.... nothing
i read NOR....all OK

someone had thing like this?

Okay BLOD issues you need to start on one thing at a time, scientific method like, change one variable and test if it works then you know exactly what the issue was. To test hdd, remove hdd from console, attempt to boot the console if you get a warning screen then yes hdd fault. If you've got bad solder joints under the apu, do the washer trick if it helps at all you need a reball. If the console boots or attempts to boot but shuts off on its own I'd say that the psu or a short somewhere. My personal BLOD 1001a ps4 would turn on and just sit with no video output no safe mode and required a force power down either by cutting the power or holding the power button for 15s, I did the washer trick, it works but on every cold boot it will blod, I force it off, and immediately power it on again then it will fully boot and operate. But any time you are troubleshooting you will find it is much easier to go down the list testing one variable at a time until you find what works then you can for sure say that was the problem, and it saves you countless hours and headache jumping from one thing to the next not making any progress.

Hi there I know this is an old post but I just wanted to say I'm experiencing the same BLOD as you did. Console powers on but no video or safe mode. Removing HDD does nothing. I tried 2 washers but that didn't do anything. Wondering if there is anything else I can test if washer does not do anything?

if your doing the washer trick sometimes the pressure is the key too much and the console wont boot, too little and the console will BLOD, mine only worked with washers for about 7 or 8 months or soafter which no amount of pressure worked and i had to abondon it sue to not having a reball kit or a shop that couls reball it in my local area. i wish you luck as BLOD can be very problematic and hectic due to the adjust try and repeat cycle. some consoles just wont work no matter what yiu do and likely need a reball of the apu..

Ah, i played around with the washers and also tried forcing my hand on the area but none made a difference at all. Personally i dont know how this failed as i have always kept it very clean and fan never too high. Also this was a jailbroken video too so i was able to monitor temp and fan speed all along. It was working fine until the other day when i tried to turn it on nothing just blue pulsing. It might be ram or another chip causing this but i really mostly shocked on how this happend as i always take the best care of my consoles. This problem reminds me of the PS3 YLOD but i thought we were past that problem with PS4...
