PS4 No power after enable uart ps4 fat

Hi all, need some help here, i was working on a ps4 fat triying to enable uart, first at all the console had random shutdowns, them i decided enable uart, all My 3 dumps everything ok, no mismatch. Now the console not even power on or beep, pin 7 on nor chip i had 2.6v coming from southbridge, is suposed to have 3.3v, any advice? Sorry for My Bad English.
