PSP Launcher

Hello everyone,

Still a noob, but with a little help I recently jailbroke my PS3 fat, and I have Rebug (latest I think?), multiman, and PS3 and PS2 games working great. Now I would like to run a PSP ISO. I tried through multiman and it told me I needed to install PSP Launcher. So is this still the correct place go to?:

No updates since 2014? Which one should I use? Anything else I should know? Thanks.

Download PSP Minis & PSP Remaster Launchers from aldostools github.

The installers of PSP Launchers are included when webMAN MOD is installed. They appear in webMAN Setup > Update webMAN MOD

Or download them from https://github.com/aldostools/resources/releases/Addons

The PSP Launchers look similar, but they differ by one letter in the title id, the icon is different and the remaster has mini2.edat

hi aldo

i have webman installed, you mean that i dont need to download any of those launchers then? so i tried going to "my games" (previously webMAN games on xmb) then webMAN setup, this opens up a web page, i dont see the option to install any of those launchers on the webman setup webpage, what am i missing? im on evilnat

If you have the latest build of webMAN installed, they should appear in webMAN Setup > Update webMAN MOD
If they don't appear, use the updater and after reboot they should appear. There are direct links to download and install the launcher.

The packages are always copied locally, but they need to be installed.

Alternatively you can use http://0/install.ps3 to select the packages and install them.
 
Hello! I know this is old but I've tried using PSP Remasters Launcher and your PSP Minis and Remasters and they don't work. I have a PS3 super slim Hen 3.2.2 soft 4.90 HFW of course and I activated the console with a PSN account. When I mount the games with webman Mod I get the error that I need to renew the licence in Playstation Store. Is there a licence or something to put in the exdata folder in order for them to work? They don't seem to work. Mounting ISO files for 3rd Birthday and NFS Carbon Own the City. Can someone help me please?

About license problems i cant help you because i never had one.

But i strongly reccomend you to look at the compatibility list on psdevwiki: a lot of games doesnt work, and most of them runs only as minis (so with psp resolution 480x272).

Just a few games runs ok as remastered (at 1080p resolution) like ff crysis core and ff type 0 eng patch.

Its not worth the time to try psp games on ps3: i suggest you to connect your pc or a good smartphone to a tv and use ppsspp to emulate psp games (this way you can have also patch for 60fps, savestates, texture replacing..).
Anyway most of psp games are just downgaraded version of ps2 games, so i suggest you to play the corrisponding ps2 version instead (for nfs carbon there is even a native ps3 release that is a lot better)

Hi, i created a thread but I'm asking too to solve this faster, do you know how to apply a config file to a psp game? To install on a ps3

On psdevwiki there are a lot of information, anyway the best way is to use ps3 tools to create a pkg that contain the iso and the config file

Hi thanks, the problem is, the info in the dev wiki is bust text no config files and in the psp2ps3 tool there is no button to add .configs, unlike ps2tops3 classics tool

If there is not button, then what is this?
