PS4 Purchased a Not Forsale PS4

I have a ps4 pro , I just emailed a retailer for return , it has the account still on it it was supposed to be new but opened it was last online in December I think it 11.02 it has a game on it (one word I don't remember ) BOI , I paid $320 for it and now I'm not sure if I should return it . I wanted a Pro that was <9.0

What do you think I should do with it ?

I just packed it up for return when I saw the not for sale
 
What model exactly? QA/Devkit/Debugkits are valuable in time. Like wine. KIOSKs are worthless.

Also the account that on it is in a Latin language is labeled " retailer account "and the ps4 requested a dns when I tried the games , I didn't use Ethernet or setup WiFi.

The controller I used I plugged into my ps4 and now I have playroom for ps4 camera demo running , do controllers have memory ?
