PS3 Questions about online games with CFW

I play COD Black OPS1 with system 4.87 FERROX COBRA 8.20.Is it because there is PSN protection with this system?Or Activision prevents new players from playing old games ? Each time exit and re-enter, it will become level 1（already level 11 before). Playing for so long for nothing~~~

activision prevents new players from saving level. it can not be fixed.
