PS3 Questions about Ylod prevention

Hi everyone! I'm writing because I just bought a ps3 fat CECHL04-8D (80 gb pal) and I was wondering how much it makes sense to carry out operations to prevent Ylod on this model. I say this because many years ago I had the same model, and when I disassembled it to change the thermal paste with the aim of preventing Ylod, upon reassembly the console had Ylod.. bad memories. Now I don't know what my internal operation led to the Ylod, because in addition to removing the old thermal paste to replace it with an arctic mx-2, I tried to apply a clip on a chip to downgrade the firmware, but without success because it didn't hook well, I probably applied too much pressure on the chip in question. I was an inexperienced kid, over the years I have become more familiar and experienced even though I no longer have the PS3s open. Since then (2013 perhaps) I don't know what other discoveries have been made about the yellow light of death and which models are truly affected, at the time it was quite mysterious. Now I was reading around that the model I just bought has an RSX 65nm and therefore does not have the manufacturing defect of the consoles that have RSX 90nm which leads to Ylod, I also read that if this model gets Ylod it is because of the NEC/ TOKINS capacitors that lose their capacity over time and need to be replaced. So among many doubts I ask you experts: is there anything I can do to prevent Ylod? So changing the thermal paste makes sense? Should I avoid losing my mind and simply replace the capacitors when the Ylod occurs? Thanks to anyone who wants to give me their opinion or a simple answer. PS. I played a long game of GTA 5 and it doesn't seem to show any signs of overheating, just as noisy as the usual fat.
