PS3 HAN Quick question about updating from HFW 4.84.2 to HFW 4.85.2

Hey,
So I am currently running my super slim ps3 on HFW 4.84.2 and I'm willing to get on 4.85.1, to play on MGSV:TPP online and Sniper Elite 3 DLC's.
If I do the update, will I still keep multiman, HEN Enabler and all the jailbreak related stuff I have, such as games, homebrews or will I have to redo it all? If I have to do it all again I'll stay on my current firmware.

You'll keep everything.

But HAN features (except for the PKG Installer) will be removed. HAN toolbox too, but other than that, you'll be safe and everything will stay. Your homebrews and games, too.

This article does say it's advised to stay on 4.84.

So I went for the update and I just had to reinstall HEN or HAN I don't remember wich '^^.
Works just fine.

I wish I took this advice instead of upgrading to HFW 4.85 and losing HAN.
I used to be able to install my signed games and play from XMB, now going through hassle of HEN, Multiman, Game, XMB, Game

HAN still works just fine with 4.85 nothing is lost aside from HAN Toolbox mods they allow downloading games directly from the XMB which the devs took out intentionally.

You can but we can't help with that. It's been discontinued by the devs and was edited out of HEN due to piracy issues. But yes it can be done if you want it.
