PS3 Quick question on BD-mirror and ISO files

I have a PS3 slim but am a beginner with it. I have a load of games in ISO format working fine. However two were giving me a black screen: Red Alert 3 and Super Street Fighter 4.

So in Multiman I extracted the ISO for each and then selected the "BD-Mirror" option. They both worked fine after that.

So does this mean that they will just never work as an ISO?
 
same issue with NBA2K18
i tried resigning the eboot and lower its version but nothing worked or maybe i didn't do it right
only when i did BD-mirror and internal for the JB folder it worked

if you find a solution please share
