Replacing NEC/TOKIN Caps

Hello everyone!
I'm so excited that I've finally managed to get rid of YLOD during 5-10min of gameplay by sending my CECHC-04 to a repair shop nd asked him to replace the nec tokin caps with tantalum ones (I presume).
the repair guy told me that he replaced the caps nd applied new thermal paste to cpu & rsx..
and the games that used to YLOD before are working again like a charm without any issues, I'll go get it later nd try it myself when the sun is up again.

I have some questions tho..,
- How long my ps3 will last now that I got the caps & thermal paste replaced? (I use webman mod fan at 35% nd temps never excced 67°C).

- Will keeping the fan running at 35% all time reduce it's lifespan?

- How to keep this beast safe and healthy for the longest life possible? (beside cleaning & keeping temps low)

and thanks y'all in advance!

Question: Were the CELL and RSX delidded? If not then the console might have heating problems later. I would say if you don't want to delid the CELL, you should delid the RSX (that's much less risky!). All you have to do is heat the RSX for 3 minutes on high with a hairdryer (NOT A HEATGUN! Because those will melt the solder balls underneath and can compromise the connection of the motherboard and the GPU), insert some cushioning (so that the screw driver doesn't damage the chip) and then insert a flathead screwdriver and twist it gently and the IHS will pop off.

Insert the screwdriver inside the hole that is in between the RSX and it's IHS AND facing the CELL processor (that one has no smd components so much less risky to go in from there).

You really want to replace the thermal paste underneath the IHS of the RSX because the RSX is the thing that is most prone to dying in these consoles and you really DON'T want a dead RSX...

If keeping the fan at 35% lets you have temps under 70 then it isn't so bad. Temps at or under 60 are great

- It will last for a long time.

- I don't really know, to be honest.

- Properly storing your console is just as important as routine cleaning, especially if the machines are being used regularly. Store your console in open areas with plenty of space between the their fan vents and any shelving or walls. Don't stack them or place them next to windows, heating vents or other devices.

(im new to the forum btw lol)
