Hi everyone; Brand new to the forums, brand new to the idea of hacking a PS3.
I have two PS3s. Basically, I want to hack my old one (sacrificial if need be) for only one reason.
I want to reset any trophies I earned on an account of mine (all PS3 games) and basically restart the account over from scratch. I have many purchases tied to the account, and I have been out of gaming for several years and want to get back into it. So I just want to clean reset this account, not create a new one.
As I understand it, you can browse to a directory local on the PS3, reset the achievements database and then it will synch up with PSN and clear the achievements.
Do I understand this right? If not, please correct me.
Thanks.
