PS4 Retroarch on Playstation 4 too fast?

Hello I recently updated my playstation 4 to FW 9.00 and I installed retroarch and all the games are working but it feels like it's in Turbo mode or something because it is very very fast. I have tried a few different things but either it starts to lag a little bit and be choppy or it ends up running way too fast.

Anyone that can help me with retroarch settings?
I'm playing Super Mario All stars on a SNES emulator (Retroarch)

Sorry, on my phone, doing something on my PC atm, but too fast is either your TV refresh rate or vsync most likely. If your TV is running 144hz, that could be the reason.
