PS3 Running homebrew on DECR-1000A

Hello, I just got a DECR-1000A, it's running an official firmware, I'm a little bit scared about installing a custom firmware on this expensive machine, is it possible to run homebrew with an official firmware? With ProDG Target Manager for example? Because I'm making homebrew but currently with the open source SDK, and when I try to launch the homebrew it says that the file is not signed.
Any solution to this?
