Slim 3000 model no power

Hi everyone. So I bought a slim 3000 model for 5 dollars on OfferUp. As is. When I plug it in I get immediate 3 beeps. No lights and buttons don't respond. I unplug, hold eject and plug in and nothing no beeps. I let go, plug in and 3 beeps right away. Nothing turns on no lights. Any ideas? Bad power supply maybe

So a quick update..2 years later I took it apart. Mb had evidence of water damage. I cleaned it up with isopropyl 99%, however the damage to the fan connector appears to be a deal breaker. I replaced the power button module. It turns on, no image. Tried resetting but still no image. Any ideas? Fan was tripping. Sometimes it wouldn't start on power up, other times it would. Any suggestions?
