this is probably a ps3 issue. if you try to type in the address and you get a blank page or an error, then it would probably be one of the other but leaning towards a pc issue. make sure to backspace all the way in the address bar before typing in the address. that could be your issue? if it's actually a pc issue, have the files in the htdocs folder, make sure apache is on (probably just have the app open as I use xampp instead of miniweb, so I'm not entire sure if that's all you have to do. with xampp, you have to turn on apache or you'll get long loading, then an error which is why I tend to think the issue is with your ps3), and type in your ip address following by / then the name of the folder you created and dumped the files in. however, with miniweb, you may be able to just dump the files themselves into the htdocs folder. with xampp, just typing in your ip address brings you to the xampp homepage, so I don't know if just typing in the ip address of your pc will work when it comes to loading the exploit files. I'm just not too familiar with miniweb. if you can't get it to work, try xampp. it's pretty much the process I listed above (like miniweb). it's what I use for the wii u and the ps4, and it works very well.
