are you sure your virus scan or firewall isn't quarantining/blocking one of the files in mfw? you might also try running it in compatibility mode or as administrator. if you're on windows 10 - I'm not sure if it has issues.

i'm on win xp ....just imagine .......no anti-virus/firewall

does it need .net or some apps ?
 
that I can't remember. I've used it on windows 7, and I never had any issues. my desktop is on windows xp, but I don't have the files on it. did you direct the app to the keys folder? you need to do that first. though, iirc, it won't even let you run the app if that's not done. maybe you could try a different pup?

he can now pack the pup but this error shows up

I have had several ps3's in this spot, unmarried bd,on rogero downgrader, here is a fix that has worked for me every time
to remarry the bd drive ( to be able to run any cfw with rsod bypass ). since your below 3.56 you can use the dongle that puts the ps3 in fsm mode, then run the remarry files ( modify the cfg file to not install system software, optional ), get out of fsm, after that all is working fine. if the remarry shows a ng there is one more step that will fix for that, if that happens ill mention that step needed.

like @Radikali said Dongle seems to be a good solution in your case

with any dongle which let you go in Factory mode you can flash with 3.55 cfw and Rsod Fix should help you too
 
i found a good solution guys :)))

i downloaded MLT DGR 9.99 noBD and patched it with RSOD and it works now :)))
