Hi hen 3.2.0 has some issues like psn isn't blocked now the r2+triangle screen isn't there plus when loading a game backup or iso hen disappears although it comes back after restarting

PSN blocker is not a HEN feature it was once in webMan Mod but most of the users complained about it.

HEN logo disappears after a XMB reload, it is already enabled why keep the icon there?

I'd say replace it with a disable HEN so that syscalls can be hidden, then the user can enable HEN again after that (might need testing)
Kind of works just like how restore syscalls does and we could implement blocking PSN in LV2 xai plugin

That's interesting, we can use the hen icon to restore the syscalls after the XMB is reloaded, I implemented restore syscalls function from Cobra on HEN, it restores the syscalls if software_update_plugin.sprx is called, but we can change it to strviewer_plugin.sprx , it is not used by the firmware and HEN icon could be used to call it.

Hen toolbox on hfw 4.89 with Hen 3.2.0 does not work, but with 3.1.1 works just fine.

HEN Toolbox may need updated to support new XML layout in 3.2.0, I'm not sure.

Sooo I need help, my firmware is 4.90.1 and when i downloaded hen successfully i wanted to do a pkg debug on my game pkg... It said i needed a firmware that is 4.80+ and mine is 4.90.1,wth is it saying, pls fix this.

What is the problem? HEN should install debug pkgs fine. Are you referring to package manager not installing it?

No, it doesn't work at all my ps3 firmware is the 4.90.1 when i go to the site of debug apks it tells me "u should hvae a firmware 4.80+ your firmware is 4.90.1,all the features will be disabled" soo it doesn't let me debug any apk

What site? That's just some site saying a generic thing. I'm telling you that debug packages work on hen

Edit: are you talking about the debug pkg Han installer? That is no longer needed and Han has not been updated yet.

Edit2: You can install debug packages natively in hen using package manager

Hmmm, can that fix the error 80029563 it comes to me everytime i install a pkg and i think i was using the han thing but if u know how to solve that error pls tell

Yes. Use hen, not han.

I have a cross Battle Adapter to use a xbox360 Controller with my PS3. As long as this device is plugged in, I am not able to bypass the "Enable HEN" procedure, allthough HEN is already installed and functional!

Very strange, as this has never ever been a problem before...

As soon as I unplug this USB-device, I bypass the "Enable HEN"-activation loop, which would never stop otherwise, it is no freeze, but an endless loop.

Before being aware of this, I had to manually switch off the PS3 by holding down the power button for several seconds and start manually again...

as i understand it, the latest hen includes some new code for controllers. it seems that it can cause issues with 3rd party devices. unplug it quickly before the browser launches after pressing x.

Its not really new code, but newly used old code, from cobra. And yeah, from what I've been told, it only works with Sony controllers.

Weird still that hen won't load with some devices plugged in.

I think we can just add some extra debug info for some tests and have a few ppl report what is found.

Without the Cross-Battle-Adapter plugged in, I always get the three messages and anything is fine:

When I put the Cross-Battle-Adapter-USB-device back in afterwards, anything is fine again and works perfectly.

I installed "webMAN 1.47.44 MOD" before doing the HFW upgrade to 4.90.1 and installing "PSS3HEN 3.2.0" via ps3xploit.me and its AutoInstaller (it took me ca. 7 times till I succed).

It took me ages to find out, that my adapter is the problem, as it wasn't the case in early times, so that I installed PS3HEN three times, with always the same result, thus I took out the adapter finally during an "Enable HEN" activation loop and I saw the three messages immediately...

The game "Spelunky" has the "Trial" before and "No Trial" after "Enabling Hen" activation as a proof:

OK. Thanks. So its not loading hen. It's getting stuck while still in WebKit browser
