PS3 System Update Debug Not Working?

System Update Debug not working?
I have used Rebug's QA toggle, as well as Habib's, and checked to make sure the IDPS is the same in the eid. I am unable to install an update.pup from the internal storage, the option doesn't show at all in system update. I'm in Rebug mode, retail operation mode, CEX QA.
System firmware: Rebug 4.84.2 CEX NOR

copy the pup file to /dev_hdd0/updater/01/

make sure you turned on update debug under febug settings (just enabling qa flag is not enough).

I've gone over all of my settings in both Rebug toolbox and my debug settings, it's still not showing the option to install from internal drive on system update. I've never had this issue happen before, so I'm quite lost. Any ideas?
 
Fixed it. Turns out PS3 4K was messing with it, making the "update from internal drive" option in system update not show up. Uninstalled it and it's now working.
