If you are on HEN, Update to the latest HFW via USB. Currently that is version 4.87.1 HFW which you can get here: https://www.psx-place.com/threads/4-87-1-hfw-hybrid-firmware.31958/

Then reinstall HEN on **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)
