there may be a 0.95 firmware, but most of the really old firmwares come in the form of ebootroms like on here: https://archive.org/download/sony-ps3-rare-files/Reference Tool Ebootroms/

afaik, you need linux to extract the files. it may be possible to do so on windows, but I'm not sure.
