1. Format HDD to exFATNoob here. I have a question that I don't see an answer to. I've read this entire thread at least 3 times.
I have my PS2 with a Free McBoot memory card and have installed the latest version of OPL, 1.2.0.6-1996. I started putting ISO files on the hard drive and OPL does see any play them without any issues. I did find a collection of Cover Art that I downloaded and copied to the hard drive as well, but as a previous poster stated, loading the cover art is painfully slow and I figured I would try the UDMA OPL version to see if it helps.
I installed the OPNPS2LD_UDMA_PLUS.elf file and get it to open, but it does not see any files on my hard drive. Is there something else I'm supposed to do? I tried deleting the OPL seeing folder and letting the UDMA version setup it, but that didn't help. The hard drive I am using is a WD Blue drive that is UDMA 4 compatible according to the HardDriveTest program.
2. Copy games to the DVD or CD folder (easy with OPL Manager).
3. When you start OPL, turn the BDM device ON in OPL settings, and the games will show up. Don't forget to save the settings.
