The Red Star not working in OPL

Anyone able to run this game? "The Red Star" (NTSC or PAL...)
Was not able to over UDPBD, HDD, or even older versions (0.8, 0.9.3...)

Sorry, I spoke too soon. PAL version seems to be working over HDD. Using OPL 1970+UDPBD
But only through HDD and only PAL from all that I tried

Works for me in OPL 2070 via MX4SIO (I tested the US version)
Needs mode 2 and 6 enabled (mode 6 at least gets you to the menu while mode 2 is able to get you into the gameplay).

Can't get the VMC to work there though (it froze at the same point when mode 6 isn't enabled).
Maybe you can get it to work with HDD?

Thank you, after trying your setup it seems my problem was using JayteeMaster's vfix, which I use to get NTSC games out in color through composite. It's strange because I'd never had a game not work because of that

Hey guys. Nothing I try to play works at all. I need help if you can

bought a new usb & memory card followed Blaine locklair tutorial for FMCB ( everything is STILL black and white screen.) What do I do? I've been at it for weeks.- OPL opens no games on any of the modes (newest version and previous) ESR doesn't play burned games (black screen). Can someone point me in the right direction or tell me what I'm doing wrong because I'm literally going mad. I've been going at this almost a week!!
