PS3 Toolset giving weird errrors

Hi, i was attempting to follow the video. But i can't move forward with the process. I keep getting 'the ps3 exploitation framework download failed, with HTTP Error 403. integer library the downloading error and session gc failed. Model is a CECH-2001A

sorry about that, the video I was following the is mr pacmans guide for the ps3 custom firmware. To be more specific, the bgtoolset part of the video, running the tool only provides the results I posted about originally.

Did you get past this? I am having the same issue, not sure what im missing

Ticking all the boxes.Checked the fw version on my slim with the minverchk. All good
New profile, cleared the cookies, cache, search history, auth info. Time is synced.
go to toolset dot com and loads an error "The PS3 Exploitation Framework Download Failed"
Went from Wifi to Wired, same results.
If I try to reload, the page doesnt load at all, instead is just says Just a moment at the top and seems to hang.
if I delete cookies again it will load, to the same error message. "The PS3 Exploitation Framework Download Failed"
I never get the security warning. I go to discontinue browser security and Trend is greyed out.
Im on FW 4.90 official.
Only resources I see are saying to keep trying over and over, but its not clear that they have to clear cookies every time. Someone said use a better network connection, thats why i switched to ethernet.
any other ideas??

I am having the same problem, do you have a PiHole DNS server ?

try a different source for the internet, that is a different ISP. (not just use cable instead of wifi). my hotspot is useless with ps3. dns, nat, vpn, etc can all affect useability.

Thank you!! I tried using my Pocketwifi I have and it worked!!! My PS3 is jailbroken, I can now play US PS1 and PS2 games on my Japanese BWC PS3 !!!
