PS2 Transistor IRF7233-TR Help

Hi guys,

So I'm looking to replace the IRF7233-TR transistor on my gh-022 motherboard. The transistor chip on my board reads;

but the ones I've seen for sale read;

Is it ok to replace it with that chip?
