Hello,

I am trying to install the package manager to install HEN.

I have copied all the HAN supportfiles 484 to the root on the USB stick. Then i tried to initialize HAN Installer but after multiple times of trying it failed every time.

I am running HFW 4.84.2, putted the USB in the right port and have deleted cookies, cache, history etc on the browser.

What am i doing wrong?

Try adding the " han installer " page to your bookmarks, then clear all the pages and exit the browser, next enter the browser again and open Han installer page from your bookmarks.

Report back if it still didn't work.

Also, remove any kind of USB devices except the USB flash drive which used for HAN installation. That should be worked.

If the HAN initialization failed for first time, re-initialize again to make it successful.

Make sure that you should do it within ps3xploit website instead of offline method.

I have copied all the 484 files on the root of my USB stick and then i run HAN installer from the ps3xploit website. That is the right way?

Common Problems:
1. Wrong USB port (use closest to bluray drive)
2. Files not on USB (put files on usb)
3. Files are corrupted (check w/ md5)
4. Not on HFW (install hfw)
5. Formatted w/ GPT instead of MBR (format mbr)
6. Formatted NTFS instead of FAT32 (format fat32 MBR, you can also try FAT16 MBR)
7. Files on USB are for wrong HAN (use proper files)
8. User has not set page as homepage, causing memory issues (due to other page loads)
9. User has not retried enough times (i've seen reports that it took them a few attempts initially)
10. User is using older version of ps3xploit
11. USB Drive not compatible (does it show up in photos?)
12. Broken hardware component (fix hardware)
13. User did not try FAT16 when FAT32 did not work
14. User error not listed

Though not in order, these are the most common issues people have w/ at least breadcrumbs to a solution. If it's not listed in the first 13, it's a bug or 14. :)

What solved it for me was Setting the HAN Installer page as my home page. Then close the browser, launch it again and re-initialize the installer. Worked like a charm after that.
