PS3 No HEN installers working, what now?

I have a CECH2504B, after trying 3 different USB sticks formatte properly with MiniTool i managed to get my external HDD recognized and installed the 93 HFW (I don't even know if it was from a fat32 partition because I have 2 Fat32's and an NTFS and installed the update file on all 3 partitions).
My problem is that every HEN installer fails. The auto installer's output right before failing is what I attached.
The manual installer fails.
The alternative installer fails.
The 93 specific alternative installer either fails or freezes the console whlile initializing or preparing.

I feel like I'm going crazy. Are there any more softmod approaches I can try or potential fixes? So far I tried reinstalling the HFW but no dice. Downloaded the 92 version but that one can't be installed.

Just set as home page and it will work straight away

the only times i have seen hen refuse to install were because of dying hdd. try a spare one if you have it. it will be formatted! you can put the original one back in and it will work fine.

if you have ssd, try hdd.

they do say to bookmark it.

setting it as homepage helps. sometimes restarting the ps3 and opening the browser right after it boots helps too.

the exploit relies on manipulating network packets. loading any other webpage or even having dlna enabled can cause it too fail. sometimes even changing networks is required.
