"Turn off system automatically after background download" Install loop

System Specs:
PS3 CFW 4.82 Rebug REX Cobra 8.1

Description:
Whenever i go to turn off the ps3 it basically tells me there's an installation in the background and do i want to wait for it. This starts immediately as soon as i power on the ps3. If i press yes to allow the system to wait for the install it says "installing" and there's an icon for Irisman on the left. This happens for 3 seconds and then goes away quick then reappears with the same scenario in a loop. This happens 5 times then the ps3 shuts down properly. Ive noticed my ps3 fans are becoming louder which i think is due to this in the background constantly draining CPU usage. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
 
All good i ended up fixing the problem. There were packages in package manager under PSN packages that were corrupting and looping the shutdown process. Deleted and problem fixed. Hope this helps someone who was in my position. :)
