Doesn't really matter,if the person is not ever again going online @ SEN/PSN, with it's PS3. :)
I'm lucky i have my activation backed up on USB memory stick, cause now SEN forces you
to update to 4.83 before you can register/activate the system. :P

I also have a superslim ps3 (HAN).I activated hundered times i never get banned.Because i dont fear $ony because i am just converting my disc to hdd game.Thats all no piracy and legal.

He does not " have " to do anything of the kind, This was advised by the PS3Xploit Team to protect user's main PSN account's that may have paid content linked to it in case of a ban. People can do as they wish.

PS3 Proxy Server will allow you to sign in and activate your system on a lower FW version from 4.83 if using HAN.

Its this kind of thinking that will lead you getting banned. Having an xploited PS3 is a clear violation of S@ny's " Terms of Service " this alone can get you banned, however much we disagree with them or don't " fear " them. You would be complaining if you had a couple of hundred PSN games that you could no longer download again because you got banned.

As for the games this is also a clear violation of the terms set down by the Game's Developers somewhere in there terms is something along these lines:

" By purchasing this game, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set forth here....blah blah...this include's, but not limited to, modifying the content in any way, this includes changing the content from the original state it was purchased in, ripping or copying, circumventing the copyright protection....blah...blah..."​

And what ever other crappy thing's they have added.

What we do have is the loophole in copyright law which allows you to do things under the " Fair Use " policy and come's under " Personal Use ". And in most countries allows for 1 back up copy of any content as long as you can prove there is only 1 copy of it. So basically if you bought the disc, you can back the disc up, if you bought it as digital content you can back that up as is.

I own the retail disks and there are many HAN exploited users around the world.How much will $ony ban?If we act as a normal gamer we dont get there attention but if we use mods etc then we get the $ony attention.

Im trying to activate my PS3 on a 4.81 OFW with a proxy, but i get an 80710A06 error everytime i want to access any psn option. Searching for information some people say its a DNS problem but i cant fix it with those solutions. Does anyone here know what can i do? Thank you.
