This is kind of the wrong thread to be asking about mod menus. Also, installing mod menus is not the same thing as making them. There's no universal way to install a mod menu for every game, it differs depending on what game it is.
 
Ok so what I have seen so far is there is no thread on mod menu
And I Jailbroke my PS3 for no reason even know that I am trying to
learn new things.
And when I asked about that I was helped out by some great people.
And I GREATLY APPRECIATE it ..
But know it seems like I am a thorn in someones back side..
I Just wanted to know what the guy on YouTube is trying to show me..
And asking someone to help me understand it plz...
 
you might want to create your own thread for mod menus. I think one of the tutorials in the hen section deals with mod menus (at least using them). I don't think anyone is going to write a post about how to make them. that would probably end up being rather confusing.
