PS2 UDPBD doesn’t work. Pls help.

PS2 UDPBD not work!! Pls help
It works randomly 1/20 times, but otherwise it just shows the following text and the game list doesn't shows up in opl:

Block size changed to 128
Server running on port 48573 (Oxbdbd)
UDPBD_CMD_INFO from 192.168.1.10
The windows firewall is disabled. I've tried anything and nothing seems to work. I am using OPL 1973 and udpbd-server. The console is connected directly to the laptop.I don't know why this is happening, there is no logical reason. Please help me

The usb ports are empty + im launching opl from freemcboot card (I deleted opl that was on a freemcboot originally and put a proper version)….
