PS3 Unable to jailbreak despite doing everything correctly.

This is my first time posting in the forums so sorry if this isn't the right place to ask. I started following MrMario2011's tutorial for 4.90 CFW and I've hit a roadblock. I just got this PS3 (CECHL01) today and replaced the 80gb drive with a 1TB hard drive. I made it to the toolset website and this happened.

I asked a few friends for help but they didn't know what to do here so I decided to use PS3HEN instead. HEN's update installed without any issues but the website installer refuses to initialize. It'll start, spit out a few errors, reach 100% and fail. I feel like I'm slamming my head against a brick wall here. Is there a work around for this or am I just stuck now?

try the AutoHEN or Alternate installers for hen at https://ps3addict.github.io/

if all installers fail, put the 80gb back in and try bgtoolset again. if it fails again, try all the hen installers again with the 80gb.

I put the old drive in. It doesn't give me errors anymore. I'll finish up the jailbreaking process and see if I can swap back to the 1tb once this is done. Should be easy since it's the phat model. Thanks for the help. I'll update this thread once everything is done.

Update: Just moved over to the 1 TB drive. It's working perfectly. Thanks again for the help.
