Is it possible to update to 4.89 without a USB or pc?

If you're on HFW or OFW you need USB.

If you're on CFW, enable QA flags; enable QA menu and turn on Debug Update. It will allow to update from system storage if you copy the PUP to /dev_hdd0/updater/01
