PS3HEN Updated from 4.84 to 4.85 still no Toolbox in XMB

Hey guys,

i had no isssues with my 4.84 console till the 4.85 came out, since then my han toolbox disapeared.
I tried already to get it back through the "xml replacer" but it wasn´t working.
The messagre after intialize > copy xml file to flash is >>> Flash XML Replacer failed.

Today i went to 4.85 and installed Hen again. Still no Toolbox.
The main reason why i wanted to update is to fix the console freezes and maybe to fix the problem with ps2 games that they cant be played because they where shown as "incompatible"
Also the Fan is turning to 100% when mounting an ps2 iso.

Is there a possibilty to get the Toolbox back and play some Ps2 isos?
PS1 Isos is working totally fine.

I figured out to get ps2 games working with this video:


My main problem is now that the console freezes out of 9/10 times by mounting the game.
Once i could start the game and it worked atleast perfect.
