Upgrade PSX-Place account privileges

Hello. I've started posting since recently and still don't have access to parts of the forum outside "The Starting Line", as I have the following message:

Your account privileges currently only allow for posting in the" The Starting Line" forum only , until your account status is upgraded. Your accounts will gain full access to the forum when approved by the system.

How do I upgrade my account to access the rest of the forums? I have compiled a detailed bug report that I must post in the appropriate PS2 homebrew channels, but I do not have posting permissions. Thank you.

(Also, the thread prefix selection royally sucks, there is no general prefixes, only console related prefixes. Ignore the "PlayStation News" prefix on this thread.)

Sorry for creating another thread, but I literally have no other option. I cannot DM @GuilloteTesla directly, I cannot reply to my old thread because it's already closed, and I cannot reply to the "New Accounts/Posters..." thread as this one is locked too.

I literally did. The point of my post wasn't to ask "how do I get full access", but rather a subtle way of saying "please give me access". So please, may I have full access?

Now I also want to point out how those restrictions are ironically making things worse. The "New Accounts/Posters..." thread has an explaination about the reason behind those new member restrictions, as stated "To avoid spammers and post clogging". Very ironic, given that those same restrictions are forcing me to open a second thread in here and having to discuss it publicly which could have been avoided if those restrictions weren't there in the first place. I'm also concerned about the attitude and disrespect/drama that I witnessed in the "New Accounts/Posters..." thread. It doesn't give a newcomer a good first impression of this forum.

Anyways, I must post an important detailed bug report / test report in a thread that I have no access to. I'll be a good boy and follow all website rules and treat everyone with respect. May I please be granted full access? Thanks everyone.

Here is the proof that you didn't read the original thread:

New Thread Creation & Post replies for New User's can only be done within the "The Starting Point (New User Forum)" once your account passes various flags. Your account will be automatically upgraded/by staff to a normal user.

To everyone: it's easy. Just post your question on the forum section The Starting Point (New User Forum). When the user demonstrates trust, good behaviour, searching before posting, etc., the user will have normal privileges, as stated in the first post.

Follow the rules and everything will be OK .

Now to legitimate user's just create a new thread asking the question you need here in this forum.

You can link the thread, Add same title with "RE: Thread Title" or any title. If its a legitimate post / account we will merge that with the main thread or related thread when your account has been upgraded/

When you signed up here, you agreed to follow and abide to the forum rules. Nobody forced you here, you've signed up yourself.

Want to post something?, The Starting Point is the place to do it. Your user is new, it doesn't even have a year here and you've only posted 5 times (half of them complaining about the rules).

On what grounds?. You are clearly not demonstrating trust, nor good will to follow the rules that you've agreed upon registering.
