I thought this information might be helpful for some of you so I decided to share it.
Nowadays our smartphones are powerful & available apps are getting better & better. I don't use a PC anymore to host my servers when I do not need to have PC turned on for other reasons. I much prefer using my smartphone which is always on & is way more ubiquitous.
For the past couple of years, I have been using Servers Ultimate Pro (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.serversultimatepro) to cover all my server needs. Don't worry there is also a free version on Playstore which should be sufficient for most https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.serversultimate. The server types are grouped in different packs that you'll need to install as add ons. Note that you don't need a rooted phone to run the servers I describe below.
The list of available server types is huge (60 server types) if you install all the packs. I only mention 5 of them in this post but there are many more offering cool possibilities.

1. Proxy
To make a proxy to filter access to certain domain names (like PSN servers), you can create a Proxy server to filter any word like "playstation", domain (playstation.net) or subdomain (xmb.playstation.net).
2. HTTP Proxy
A traditional proxy to relay http data.
3. PS4 Playground PHP http Server
A php server to run ps4 playground or whatever php site you need hosted.
4. FTP server
If you require to setup your phone as ftp server.
5. Dlna server
To use your phone to stream pictures/audio/video to your console's dlna client.
6. Port forwarder or uPnP server.
To do the the same job as router port forwarding or universal Plug & Play does, very practical in cases where you don't have configuration access to your local router or don't want to mess with it.

I regularly use a dozen server types with this app so if some of you experience difficulties setting up a server type I use, I may be able to help. Let me know & I will share a screenshot of my settings...

List of available server types:
