PS VITA / PS TV - Vita Homebrew Loader (WIP) By hgoel0974

Many are watching the PS Vita scene since the revelation of PSM and Rejuvenate and its recent release. Over the last two weeks or so we have seen VitaHelloWorld, the dreaded PS Vita firmware update that blocked PSM, then a slew of other PS Vita homebrews. Namely Chip-8 emulator, HandyVITA and now Vita Homebrew Loader. [break].[/break]Here is the details from his development thread via the source linked below.

UPDATE: 07/09/2015:

hgoel0974 has updated his modified version of psp2shell which fixes a black screen issue. He has also released two versions of VHL, one with developer logging and one without. The version without logging is said to be allot quicker too.

A new build of VHL is available, along with a new build for psp2shell which fixes the black screen on return from homebrew bug.
Additionally, all logging to console has been completely disabled in this build, resulting in a massive speed up!

So, as some of you might have seen on my twitter, I've been working on an alternative to UVL for about a week now. Today, with menu support finally working, I'm releasing beta builds for VHL and a version of psp2shell modified to launch homebrew with the start button. There may still be many issues, as the loader is still in beta.
