No problem with setting and language in Portuguese, Webmaan mod standard .
Just a little uncomfortable at the top on the screen of slauch.
When it enters the multiman and exits and mount games in webmaan, it does not freeze anymore and I have to use prepNTFS to load games.
The rest is very stable.
Thanks @aldostools for one more update

Some display problems not serious and trivial, I attach the file to make the idea of what I am about to explain.

When you start a PS2 game that is stored on dev_usb, WMM and sLaunch the copy in dev_hdd0.
This creates a duplicate, on the list of games.

The fact is that to assemble and successfully launch a ps2_Game, you can do it only by dev_hdd0, so if you boot from USB, I recopy the game.

A first idea to solve the problem was to be able to install via file.pkg a folder containing the iso in the Path dev_hdd0 / PS2ISO / gameFolder / game.iso but with the option of pkg_config file InstallDirectory =, I can not, or maybe it's not possible Do this.

Then another idea would create an option in WMM or sLaunch using those compressed to unpack is to copy the archive contents:

I know that something already exists, but has no level of XMB. @deank quancosa had done in MM but always within level file Manager.

Example:

PS2_NomeGame.zip

The contents of the zip file:

FolderGame
- Game_ID [GameName] .iso
- Game_ID_Cover.JPG

Thanks

I am also experiencing a blank setup menu under Webman Setup from the XMB. Is sLaunch included with this release or do I need to install the plugin myself? Thanks for all your work!

Freezes, no text in sLaunch

Thank you for the video.. Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the issue.
It seems that the no text is caused by the title in PARAM.SFO of some of your games.

I don't have Russian games to test... maybe I could try to reproduce your issue if you PM me the SFO files in your /dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp

Yes, I saw the issue in the video posted by Phill, but I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
I tried with a fresh install and Setup worked fine on my system.

Try refreshing XML... also make use that you have /dev_hdd0/tmp/eula_cddb_plugin.sprx (20,972 bytes).

The duplicate item is a "feature".
PS2 Games stored on USB are auto copied to HDD0 when you mount it.

Your options are:
1- Rename the folder /PS2ISO in your USB, so they are not detected and refresh XML
2- Delete the cached copy and refresh XML

Regarding to the your idea about of .zip, webMAN MOD does not support extract .zip file.

I tried with one game in PS3ISO, game have no localisation, it is in native english - problem the same. If you look "no freez" video, on 0:39 you can see there is game "Batman" have cyrillic characters in title name and text on bottom of slaunch shown correctly.

vsh_menu plugin freezes under russian and working good under english))

Yep eula_cddb_plugin.sprx is (20,972 bytes) and refreshing xml don't work still need turn off and on console to work mount game or other options. Webman have problem with multiman.
Why i have some text in web functions english and polish, I can change it to one language, in 1.46 version language it was fine?

@deank
I think you could be interested in this change (it reduces 64KB of memory usage in prepNTFS and works a bit faster):
https://github.com/aldostools/webMA...a79313b9d6616d778f2dd1/include/prepntfs.h#L82
Code:
if(sys_memory_allocate(_64KB_, SYS_MEMORY_PAGE_SIZE_64K, &addr) != CELL_OK) goto exit_prepntfs;

plugin_args    = (uint8_t *)(addr);
sectionsP      = (uint32_t*)(addr + sizeof(rawseciso_args));
sections_sizeP = (uint32_t*)(addr + sizeof(rawseciso_args) + _32KB_);
...
// only 1 memcpy is needed, instead of 3
memcpy(plugin_args + sizeof(rawseciso_args) + (parts * sizeof(uint32_t)), sections_sizeP, parts * sizeof(uint32_t));

You can save additionally 64KB if you use: u8* tmp_buf = (u8 *)(addr);

Tried reinstalling my firmware and rebuilding database but cannot get the webman setup items to show. Any suggestions??

If you delete all /dev_hdd0/game/XMBMANPLS/USRDIR/FEATURES/webMAN*.xml
Then refresh XML and restart, a direct link to setup will be added, instead of the sub-menu.

Unfortunately I can't fix this issue until I can reproduce it...

I have tried all the languages and they are showing fine on my system (Rebug 4.81.2 + Cobra 7.52)

Meanwhile I suggest you that use English until I find a solution to the issue...

Here's how i reproduce it:

Cleaned all the configs of webMAN wmconfig and wmtmp, after that, setup doesn't show, how to make it show again? access the setup from web browser on PC or in PS3 manually, then put your configs back again... about the language, well, some strings still english... not on setup, but on XMB webMAN (if you know what i mean)

I've posted a video on GitHub, but here's the video: http://sendvid.com/osq0gs1s

As you can see on this picture, not a critical issue, just a minor issue:

In this case, i'm using the Russian Language and some text still english but only on XMB...

How i reproduced this minor issue with language? same of webMAN setup, cleaned all configs, this started on 1.47.01... 1.47.00 and 1.46.02 was fine...

yeah I installed this on 2 systems....the first is my personal one which I've been using and everything works fine expect box art will not display for iso's on ntfs. they need to be internal hdd and then they work fine, but dev_ntfs box can't be checked marked, and you have to do prepntfs for the box art to show up. everything else seems ok

the other is a freshly modded cech2001A with rebug 4.81.02 cobra 7.5. I enabled webman, then installed full version of 1.47.01, and had issues right from the start. ...

the game folders display in xmb but the ps3 setup icons like the vsh menu loader icon, the block psn...etc that whole column does not appear. same as others here reported this issue too

this is a newly modded system system and this was the ONLY thing I installed besides the toolbox. not to mention for some reason it would say VSH menu loaded, although I never pressed R1 for that option. I did every combo...like refresh xml...deleted everything in the tmp folder that was wm related, deleted the xmlhost and those icons never appeared

I even tried to install cobra 7.52 ...started everything all over from scratch...still same issues.

but something is up with 1.47.01 . I had 2 completely different results on 2 systems both on the same rebug, cex, with 7.52 cobra. very weird

for those who want to go back to 1.46.01 this is what I did:

FIRST, I did the uninstall through pc browser (can be done in any browser) :
http://127.0.0.1/delete.ps3?uninstall (you must replace 127.0.0.1 with YOUR ps3's ip address) then rebooted.
I then deleted the webman mod installer from the xmb (triangle then delete)
Turned off webman in the toolbox then full reboot.

went into multiman then via ftp (but can be done in mM file manager too)...
...I deleted everything in the tmp folder that started with "wm".
then I deleted xmlhost folder from dev_hdd0,
while still in the hdd0 directory I edited the boot_plugins.txt file and deleted the entire entry lines
that ended with slaunch.sprx and wm_vsh_menu.sprx
then in the dev_hdd0/plugins folder deleted the following:
sLAUNCH.sprx,
video_rec.sprx
and anything that started with "wm"
after that , I also deleted this folder:
XMBMANPLS from /dev_hdd0/game

then FULL reboot, went back into rebug toolbox, enabled webman, after reboot, installed wMM 1.46.01...everything now works again and all the icons appear everything back to normal. I can then turn it off in toolbox and install latest sMAN via its tutorial and it works just fine too

@aldostools or @deank I'd like to know, If I have rebug 4.81.02 cex and its running wMM 1.45.10 which is pre-ntfs direct support and doesn't have sLAUNCH integration yet can I have sMAN 1.07 installed at the same time from the hdd0 directory?

i will change the boot_plugins text so it can launch but i just want to know if Im running wMM listed above, which is using that built in webman vanilla 1.44 or 1.45 (i forget) thats in the toolbox, will it cause a conflict with sMAN if both are running?

or is it possible to just turn off webman in the toolbox and would wMM 1.45.10 still work since sMAN is running from hdd0?

thanks

No, it is not possible to use sM and wM/M at the same time. The problem is that only one of the apps will serve http requests, thus rendering the other plugin unavailable. Also both plugins have background polling threads that control the fan and also "listen" for pad commands and this won't work either.

As deank said, you can't have sMAN & wMM running at the same time.

However, if you generate the file "/dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp/slist.bin" with wMM 1.47.01 (just need to refresh XML), you can downgrade the plugin after the file is generated and use sLaunch 1.07 with any previous version of webMAN (vanilla) or webMAN MOD (any edition).

sLaunch MOD 1.07 is a standalone GUI that has most of the features of sMAN 1.07, plus some extra features (e.g. support larger paths, favorites, filter per device (R2+SQUARE), customizable backgrounds per game type, support for sub-folders, activate with START button or L2+R2, toggle gameDATA is available in the side menu).

Another small problem with ps2 games covers how to fix it? Delete the cached copy and refresh XML dident work.
aldostools Is it possible to hide the path, it is unnecessary for me?

I don't see what is the problem in your picture if you don't provide other references, like file name of the iso, real location of the covers, settings used in /setup.ps3, etc.

There is not an option to hide the path on XML... If you don't need it, you can compile your own build excluding that info from game_xml.h. Look for the sprintf lines with XML_PAIR("info","%s%s%s").
