PS3HEN Weird port idea

hello can someone make sonic.EXE ports to the ps3? I know the game is like 14 years old but I would like to see this idea come true I'm a fan of old (and modern) horror games that I used to play and this came up on my mind and I would love to see the idea of horror games coming to the ps3 more often as they're my second favorite game categories,

(off-topic: someone did make the undertale ps4 version as a direct port for the ps3 so maybe this can be possible?)

im pretty sure sonic.exe was made as a joke but undertale got ported because it has been decompiled and used a relatively common and documented engine that probably had games made from it on the PS3, no clue what sonic.exe uses but I doubt its getting a port without a source code leak. A remake is all you can really do
