PS2 What are these resistors that were soldered close to the psx cpu in my ps2?

I bought a ps2 phat modded with a modbo v1.1, these wires with resistors were a little loose and i ended tearing them out

They were soldered close to the psx cpu (i think) but i couldn't find any info about what is their utility, no modchip diagram mentions anything about it and my modchip is fully soldered... is it safe to reassembly my ps2 and plug it to power or can it have any problem?

Found more info, according to the diagram of my board those chips that were soldered are:

Ref. No. C651 Part No. 1-162-966-11 CERAMIC CHIP 0.0022uF 10% 50V
&
Ref. No. Part No. C653 1-162-966-11 CERAMIC CHIP 0.0022uF 10% 50V

Basically circuits goes from there to the I/O or PSX Processor like i said, still don't get why resistor were soldered there
